The Fifteenth Plan Fiscal year 2019/20 – 2023/24 by the Government of Nepal National Planning Commission is a long-term plan to fulfill the objective of increasing the National income to USD 12,100 by incorporating long-term objectives such as education, gender, physical infrastructure and the energy sector.
Apart from other focus areas, the plan focuses on agriculture, food and nutrition, irrigation, land management, water resources, forest biodiversity, etc.
