The Maldives Climate Change Policy Framework is designed to address the urgent need for climate change adaptation. The policy framework provides an array of principles to guide activities to be aligned with national laws, national development plans, strategies etc. The framework also covers the guiding principles, policy statement and vision, objectives, institutional framework, implementation, and monitoring and review of climate change policy.
