National Climate Change Policy by the Ministry of Climate Change, Government of Pakistan 2012, has two main objectives: to promote sustained economic growth by addressing climate change challenges; and to promote integration between climate change policies and other national policies. The policy includes sections on vulnerable ecosystems of Pakistan, climate change mitigation, capacity building, and awareness raising.
